Last updated: August 2026
By accessing or using this portal you agree to these terms. The portal is an official system of the Taraba State Bureau of Public Procurement, provided to administer public procurement and contractor registration.
1. Authorised use
Accounts are issued to identifiable contractors and government users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not attempt to access data or functions you are not authorised to use, or interfere with the security or operation of the portal.
2. Accuracy of information
Contractors are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information and documents they submit. Submitting false, forged or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension, blacklisting and referral to the appropriate authorities.
3. Fees and payments
Registration and renewal fees are determined by contractor category and must be paid through the methods made available in the portal. Payments made offline must be supported by genuine evidence and are subject to verification before an account is activated.
4. Procurement rules
All procurement activity conducted through the portal remains subject to the Taraba State Public Procurement Law and associated regulations. Nothing in the portal overrides those legal requirements.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
